List all customers with DataTable support. Supports filtering, sorting, pagination, and column inclusion/exclusion.

Authentication: Requires Bearer token.

Available filters: name, email, company, phone, address fields, created_at, updated_at, archived_at.

Sort fields: name, email, company, created_at, updated_at, archived_at.
