Get Drain Status

GET 
/api/v2/queue-admin/supervisors/:name/drain-status

Poll the drain progress for a supervisor. Returns reserved-job counts across the supervisor's queues plus the drain marker (if still active).

The UI polls this every 2-5s while showing the 'draining…' state and dismisses the indicator when draining flips to false (marker TTL expired or was manually cleared).

Authentication: Requires Bearer token.
