Release Lock

/api/record-locks/:recordType/:recordId/release

Leave edit mode by releasing the lock if the caller holds it. Broadcasts the now-unlocked state to other viewers so their forms become editable again. A non-holder calling release is a safe no-op. Takes no request body.
