Take Over Lock

/api/record-locks/:recordType/:recordId/takeover

Forcibly seize the lock for the caller regardless of the current holder (the "Take over" action). Broadcasts the new holder so the previous editor's form flips to read-only. Use when the holder is unresponsive and the caller must edit now. Takes no request body.
