Create SKU Orders from Channel Orders

PUT 
/api/integration-instances/:integration_instance/orders/create-sku

Create SKU sales orders from unlinked sales channel orders. Either ids or filters required.

Authentication: Requires Bearer token + Power User access.

If more than 30 orders, queues the job. Otherwise creates synchronously. Only processes orders not already linked to a SKU sales order.
