Delete Order
DELETE/api/shipfusion/integration-instances/:integration_instance/orders/:order
Cancel a Shipfusion order from the Orders page. :order is the Shipfusion order id (shipfusion_id), not SKU.io's row id.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token.
Requires the integrations.update permission.
What happens
- The order is linked to a live SKU.io fulfillment order → the fulfillment order is cancelled the normal way: SKU.io recalls it from Shipfusion and voids it, so its items are free to fulfill again.
- No live fulfillment order → the order is cancelled at Shipfusion and its row is marked Cancelled.
Refusals
- 409 — Shipfusion can no longer cancel it (it is picking, packing or has shipped), or the fulfillment order can't be changed. The message gives the reason; when a fulfillment order is linked it adds "Open fulfillment order #N to void it in SKU.io only."
- 502 — Shipfusion returned an error; the message names the order and Shipfusion's reason.
