Duplicate Configuration

POST 
/api/inventory-forecasting/configurations/:configuration/duplicate

Duplicate an existing forecast configuration. If name is not provided, a default copy name is generated.

Authentication: Requires Bearer token.

Returns 201 with the new configuration.
