Export Service Level Mappings

/api/shippo/instances/:integration_instance/service-levels/export

Downloads every service level and its mapping as a CSV file that can be edited and re-imported with Import Service Level Mappings.

Not yet available to API tokens

This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.

Response: a file, not JSON — Content-Type text/csv, filename shippo-service-levels-<instance id>-<Y-m-d>.csv. Columns: id, carrier_account_object_id (Shippo carrier account object id), carrier, carrier_name, service_level_token, service_level_name, enabled (yes/no), shipping_method_id, shipping_method_name.

Returns 404 for an unknown instance.

Authentication: Requires a Bearer token.

Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.

403

Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
