Get Order Sync Progress
GET/api/veracore/integration-instances/:integration_instance/orders/sync-progress/:tracked_job_log_id
Get the progress of a queued Veracore order sync. Pass the tracked_job_log_id returned by the sync endpoint.
Any valid API token can call this endpoint — no specific scope required. Manage tokens.
status moves through pending → processing → completed (or failed). While processing, total_items / processed_items / progress_percentage report how many orders still need a detail fetch. results includes counters recorded by the job such as orders_fetched, orders_needing_detail, and the synced date range.
Errors
404when no job log exists with that id, or the id belongs to a job other than a Veracore order sync.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
