Create Inventory Adjustment
POST/api/3pl/inventory-adjustments
Creates an inventory adjustment from the 3PL partner for their warehouse. Authentication: Requires 3PL integration Bearer token (with 3pl:write ability). Rate limit: 120 requests per 60 seconds.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Body:
sku(string, required) — the SKU.io product SKU.quantity(number, required).adjustment_type(string, required) — one ofincrease,decrease,set.notes(string, optional, max 1000).adjustment_date(date, optional; defaults to today).external_warehouse_id(string, optional, max 255) — your id for the warehouse whose stock changes. Required when your integration is linked to more than one warehouse; an id that is missing or not linked to your integration returns 422 listing the ids you can send. With a single linked warehouse it may be left out.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
