Update Sync Settings

/api/accounting/sync-settings

Updates the accounting sync settings. Unsubmitted types are preserved (partial updates supported).

Authentication: Requires Bearer token

sync_controls_by_type keys must be valid AccountingTransactionTypeEnum values. Each type: enabled (required boolean) + sync_start_date (nullable date)
