Exports FIFO layer cost changes for a tracked rebuild job as a CSV file. Returns a file download.

Authentication: Requires Bearer token.

CSV columns: Changed At, Product SKU, Product Name, Warehouse, FIFO Layer ID, FIFO Layer Date, Before Cost, After Cost, Cost Difference, Cost Change %, Original Quantity, Link Type, Revaluation ID, Drawer Reference, Reason, COGS Source
