List FIFO Layers (DataTable)

Returns a paginated list of FIFO layers using the DataTable system. Supports filtering, sorting, and column inclusion/exclusion.

Authentication: Requires Bearer token.

Allowed sorts: id, fifo_layer_date, avg_cost, total_cost, original_quantity, fulfilled_quantity, created_at, updated_at
