List Pending Fulfillments
GET/api/tiktok-shop/integration-instances/:integration_instance_id/fulfillments/pending
Lists the SKU.io fulfillments on this TikTok Shop integration whose shipment has not yet been reported to TikTok Shop, as a paginated set.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token.
A fulfillment is listed while it is fulfilled, not yet reported, not a customer pickup, and belongs to an uncancelled sales order that came from this TikTok Shop integration. It leaves the list once TikTok Shop accepts the shipment, or already had it shipped. Orders TikTok ships itself can appear here, but submitting them sends nothing (TikTok supplies their tracking).
Query parameters:
filter[search](string, optional): partial match on fulfillment number, tracking number or sales order number.sort(string, optional): one offulfilled_at,tracking_number,status,created_at; prefix with-for descending. Default: newest created first.page(integer, optional, default 1),per_page(integer, optional, default 10).
Each item: id, fulfillment_number, fulfillment_type, status, tracking_number, cost, fulfilled_at, created_at, carrier (carrier name, or the shipping method name when no carrier is set), sales_order {id, sales_order_number}, tiktok_order {id, tiktok_order_id, fulfillment_method}, warehouse {id, name} and shipping_method {id, name}.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.
Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
