List Suggested FBT Inbound Products

GET

/api/tiktok-shop/:integrationInstance/fbt/inbound-products/suggested

Suggested products to send into Fulfillment by TikTok from one source warehouse, with how many units of each.

Not yet available to API tokens

This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.

The numbers come from the same calculation as the Send Planner, run for FBT on its own: units sold per day at FBT × (FBT's target days of cover + days to check in), minus what is at FBT, on the way or on open drafts. Stock needed for your own (DTC + wholesale) orders at the source is kept back first, and quantities follow FBT's rounding and minimum-per-SKU rules. A product with no FBT sales yet gets FBT's first-send quantity and the new_listing flag.

Query parameters

  • source_warehouse_id (integer, required, must exist) — the warehouse the send would ship from.

Response Each row has the same fields as List Inbound Products plus a suggestion block:

  • need — units FBT needs to reach its target cover.
  • suggested — units to send after keeping stock for your own orders; lower than need when the source cannot spare more.
  • velocity — units sold per day at FBT.
  • on_hand, inbound — units at FBT and on the way.
  • cover_before, cover_after — days of cover now and after the send lands.
  • target_days, lead_days — FBT's rules used.
  • flags — e.g. new_listing, short, floor_short, stockout_before_arrival, requires_build (kits must be assembled from components first).

Only products that need a send are returned, lowest cover first. meta.destination_warehouse_id is the shop's FBT warehouse (null when it has none, with an empty list); meta.stale_reason is set when FBT stock is out of date.
