Invite Customer as Buyer
POST/api/admin/portal/customers/:customer/invite-buyer
Invite an existing customer as a portal buyer. When the customer is not yet linked to a portal company, a company is created from the customer (named after the customer's company or name) and the customer is attached as its location, so it appears in the portal companies list. Creates an invited buyer login with the given role and optional spend limit, then emails the single-use invitation.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.
