List a company's buyers.
Invite Buyer
Invite a buyer: creates an invited login with a role, spend limit, and location entitlements, and emails the invitation.
Invite Customer as Buyer
Invite an existing customer as a portal buyer. When the customer is not yet linked to a portal company, a company is created from the customer (named after the customer's company or name) and the customer is attached as its location, so it appears in the portal companies list. Creates an invited buyer login with the given role and optional spend limit, then emails the single-use invitation.
Update Buyer
Update a buyer's role, status, spend limit, or location entitlements.
Disable Buyer
Disable a buyer login.
