Get the settings of the public Request a quote page: whether guest quote requests are switched on, the merchant's intro note and logo, and the brands and categories to filter the guest catalog by.

List the products a guest can request a quote for: the merchant's Default catalog (or every portal-visible product when there is no Default catalog).

📄️Request a Quote Without an Account

Request a quote without a portal account. The request becomes a draft quote (origin `rfq`) for staff to review, already priced from the merchant's pricing; the requester is never shown a price until staff send the quote, which is then emailed to them as a PDF. Staff are alerted (alert type `portal_guest_quote_requested`) and the requester gets an email confirmation listing the items.
