'What this dealer sees' — the dealer hub panel at the top of Portal → Accounts → <dealer>. Read-only. Resolves every portal setting the way the portal does and says where it comes from: pricing tier (`source`: account | tenant_default); each assigned catalog — or the Default catalog the account follows when it has none (`uses_default_catalog`, `via_default`) — with product count, rule summary, in-stock order-value ladder, this account's override (null = catalog's, [] = off) and the one in effect, and the pre-order step (ladder, ship window, note); the tenant-wide special-order list; payment terms (`credit_limit` only when the term extends credit); account vs portal-default minimums; account discount and backorders; the sales-tax decision for the default ship-to plus the exemption per registered state; and the availability display. Requires `portal.manage`.
