Push Pending Tracking Numbers to 17TRACK
POST/api/integrations/17track/instances/:instance/push-pending
Register every pending tracking number with 17TRACK in one run — the manual recovery path when trackings are waiting to be registered. Pending means not yet registered and not stopped: newly created trackings the automatic (debounced) registration has not sent yet, trackings whose earlier registration failed (for example because the 17TRACK quota was used up), and trackings left behind by a temporary 17TRACK error. The background job re-reads the pending set when it runs, so trackings created in the meantime are included.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Response branches (all 200 OK):

Activity log: records manual_push_triggered (with the acting user, pending_count and whether it joined a running push) whenever something is pending.

Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.

Response Headers
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.
Validation failed — the body is a field → messages map (Laravel shape) or the platform envelope with a stable machine-readable code. Fix the payload and resubmit.
Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
