Update Tax Code Mapping

Maps a SKU tax rate to a QBO tax code. Pass null for qbo_tax_code_id to clear the mapping.

Not yet available to API tokens

This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.

Requires the accounting.manage_tax_settings permission.

A tax code that is inactive in QuickBooks is refused with 422 (error: "Inactive QBO tax code") because QuickBooks would reject transactions that use it — reactivate it in QuickBooks and sync tax codes, or choose an active tax code. Existing mappings to codes made inactive later are left as they are.
