Get Promotion Summary
GET/api/walmart/:integrationInstance/promotions/summary
Counts of promotions by merchant-facing state, plus the promotion feed budget.
integrations:readGrant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.
counts.guardrail_breached is the number of outstanding promotions whose promotional price broke a price guardrail — a promotion can be live and breaching at once, so it is reported alongside the states rather than as one of them.
Walmart accepts a limited number of promotion feeds per day for a seller, an order of magnitude fewer than price feeds. One request covers the whole selection in a single feed, however many listings it carries; feed_budget reports what is left and, when nothing is, the time the next slot opens.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.
Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
