Get Existing Carrier Rate Quote
GET/api/walmart/:integrationInstance/wfs/inbound-shipments/:shipment/carrier-rate-quote
Fetch the existing carrier rate quote for a shipment (if one was already generated on Walmart), normalized to the same shape as Get Carrier Rate Quotes. Walmart's create-quote endpoint is one-shot per shipment, so the detail page loads any existing quote on mount to show it (and the Void action). "No quote yet" is a normal state — Walmart returns 404 and this endpoint swallows the error and returns an empty list.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token.
Response: { "data": [ quotes ] } — or { "data": [] } when no quote exists yet.
packages lists the boxes on a booked quote with the tracking number printed on each label and whether that number is the carrier's shipment-level master. FedEx books every parcel as a multi-piece shipment — one master number plus one per box — and only the box labels receive carrier scans, so use packages to tell which of a shipment's tracking numbers to follow. Empty until the quote is booked.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.
Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
