List Launch Step Activity
GET/api/launch-plan/steps/:step/events
The step's comments and activity, newest first. Each entry: id, step_id, kind, user ({id, name}, or null for changes the system made), data (kind-specific details, e.g. {from, to} for an owner change or the evidence for a data-driven completion), body (comment text) and created_at.
launch_plan:readGrant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.
kind is one of comment, signed_off, reopened, reopened_by_data, done_by_data, not_applicable, restored, owner_changed, size_changed, due_override_changed, health_changed, imported, step_added (a step added by a library update, data.reason: library_update), blocked, unblocked.
404 for an unknown step.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token with the launch_plan:read scope. The user needs the launch_plan.view permission.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
