List all inventory adjustments with DataTable support. Supports filtering, sorting, search and pagination.

Authentication: Requires Bearer token.

Sort fields: id, adjustment_date, quantity, unit_cost, created_at, updated_at.

DataTable filters: archived (0/1), search, filter[warehouse_id], filter[product_id].
