Downloads the blank CSV template for bulk dropship orders, with one example order of two lines. One row per order line; rows sharing an order_number are one order, and the ship-to columns may be repeated or left blank after the first row.

Not yet available to API tokens

This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.

Columns: order_number (required), sku (required), quantity (required, whole number ≥ 1), ship_name, ship_company, ship_address1, ship_address2, ship_city, ship_state, ship_zip, ship_country, ship_phone, ship_email, service (a shipping service name your program allows), gift_message (max 500 characters), notes. A Shopify order export is also accepted as-is.

Auth: a portal session bearer token, or a portal API key (pfk_…) with the dropship:read scope, sent as Authorization: Bearer. Requires an enabled dropship program; 60 requests a minute.
