Export Duty Reconciliation

/api/v2/reports/duty-reconciliation/export

Export the Duty Reconciliation report (all rows matching the filters, at the chosen grouping and sort) as XLSX or CSV. Columns: group, entry no., supplier, destination, first and last received, received qty, estimated duty, actual duty, variance, variance %, uncleared, status, days since receipt and bill numbers.

Required scope: reports:read

Grant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.

Up to 1,000 rows the file downloads directly. Larger exports run in the background: the response is 202 with a tracked_job_log_id, and the finished CSV is available from the tracked job's results (download_url).

Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.

403

Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.

429

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
