Import PayPal Transactions
POST/api/paypal/integrations/:id/transactions/import
Queues a background import of this PayPal account's transactions. The import resumes from where the last successful run stopped (re-reading the previous 3 days to pick up late status changes); a first import looks back 90 days. Imports run automatically every night; use this to refresh on demand.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token with the integrations sync permission. Rate limited to 10 requests per minute.
Returns 202 with the tracked_job_log_id of the queued job. Returns 422 when the PayPal account has not granted transaction-search access; reconnect the account with PayPal to grant it.
Returns 409 when an import for this account is already queued or running; wait for it to finish (the nightly run included) before starting another.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
