Upload Dropship Logo

/api/portal/dropship/branding/logo

Uploads the logo printed on blind dropship packing slips and returns the updated branding. Send as multipart/form-data.

Not yet available to API tokens

This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.

Body

  • logo (file, required) — PNG, JPG or SVG, at most 1 MB and at most 2000 px on either side. SVGs may not contain scripts, event handlers or external references; they are converted to PNG where the server supports it.

Orders already placed keep printing the logo they were placed with.

Returns 422 when the file is missing, too large, not an image, or an unsafe SVG. Returns 403 with code: dropship_branding_not_allowed and a message saying why when the buyer is not a company admin, dropship is not turned on for the account, or the merchant manages the branding itself. Viewers get 403 viewer_read_only. Rate limited to 20 requests/minute.
