Create Manual Mapping
POST/api/shiprush/instances/:integration_instance/shipping-methods
Add a mapping row manually (source = manual).
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Body fields:
- carrier_code (string, nullable): the ShipRush carrier code. Required unless is_default is true (a default row uses the wildcard pair). Max 255 characters.
- service_code (string, nullable): the ShipRush service code. Required unless is_default is true. Max 255 characters.
- shipping_method_id (integer, nullable): the SKU shipping method the pair maps to. Must reference an existing shipping method; null leaves the row unmapped.
- is_default (boolean, optional): mark this row the default wildcard fallback. When set, the manager forces the wildcard carrier/service pair so carrier_code / service_code become optional.
Returns 201 with the created row. Returns 422 with field errors when validation fails.
Authentication: Requires a Bearer token.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.
Unprocessable Entity
Response Headers
Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
