Update Fee Mapping
PUT/api/shipbob/:instance/fee-mappings/:mapping
Re-point one ShipBob fee. Saving bumps the mapping version and, when billing is enabled and the fee has transactions, queues re-attribution of that fee's transactions. Returns the saved mapping plus how many transactions (and how much) the change touches.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token.
Request Body:
- treatment (string, required) — order_freight, order_fee, return_fee, product_storage, po_receiving, unattributed or exclude.
- financial_line_type_id (integer, optional, nullable) — a COST financial line type.
- cost_entry_type_name (string, optional, nullable, max 100) — monthly cost entry type for storage fees.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
