Get BILL Webhook Subscription
GET/api/billcom/instances/:instance/webhook
Get the webhook subscription SKU.io registered in BILL for this instance, checked live against BILL.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token.
Response: receiver_url is where BILL should deliver events and events the event types subscribed. subscription_id and secret_configured are what SKU.io has stored. remote_enabled, remote_url and remote_name come from BILL (remote_enabled is false once BILL disables a subscription after repeated failed deliveries). url_matches is false when BILL delivers elsewhere. remote_error explains why BILL's side could not be read, including when BILL no longer has the subscription. org_subscription_count / org_subscription_limit show how many of the organization's webhook subscriptions are in use (shared with every app connected to the organization). last_event_at is when SKU.io last received an event.
Returns 404 when the instance does not exist.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.
Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
