List BILL Webhook Events
GET/api/billcom/webhook-events
List the webhook events BILL delivered to SKU.io, newest first. Every signature-verified delivery is stored once per BILL event ID (redeliveries are not stored twice) and processed in the background; status shows the outcome.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token.
Filters: filter[integration_instance_id] (exact), filter[search] (ID, event ID, resource ID, event type), and operator filters on status, event_type, resource_type, resource_id, event_id, error, id, attempts, created_at, processed_at and occurred_at, or a filter_groups tree.
Sort: id, event_type, resource_id, status, attempts, occurred_at, processed_at, created_at (default -id).
Pagination: page, per_page (default 10). The event payload is not included in the list; use Get BILL Webhook Event.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
