Check Forecast Configuration Usage

GET 
/api/inventory-forecasting/configurations/:configuration/usage

Returns whether the configuration is referenced by any automation schedules and the count.

Use this before showing a delete confirmation in the UI.

Authentication: Requires Bearer token.
