Get the BOM breakdown behind a plan line.

For a Make line, components lists every ingredient its build consumes: quantity per unit and in total in the component's stock unit (converted from the recipe's unit — source_quantity_per_unit and source_uom show what the recipe says), stock on hand at the build warehouse, the shortfall, and the plan line that supplies it (shared = several builds draw on it). Expected scrap and yield are applied and contractor-supplied lines are excluded. For any line driven by builds or transfers, parents lists them. issues reports recipe problems such as a missing unit conversion (that component is left out of the plan) or a BOM cycle.

Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
