List Send Plan Drafts

/api/send-plans/:sendPlan/drafts

List the inbound drafts created from a plan — one per destination network and source warehouse — with their status.

Required scope: send-plans:read

Grant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.

Authentication: Bearer Personal Access Token with the send-plans:read scope. The token's user also needs permission to view the send planner.

Draft fields: network, destination and source warehouse, status (pending | created | failed | manual | deleted — the network draft was deleted in its own screen, so its lines reopened and their holds were released), draft_type and draft_id (the inbound draft created in that network), reference, route (relative path that opens the draft in SKU.io), error (why it failed, or what to do for a manual network), lines_count, units, and hold (whether source stock was held). options: what was chosen for the group (draft_name, append_to_draft_id, listing_skus). shortage: why the group's stock could not be held — per product: product_id, sku, line_id, warehouse_id, planned and available units. skipped_lines: lines the network left out of the draft, each with line_id, sku and reason. warehouse_transfer: for a manual group followed by a transfer draft, its id, reference and route. lines: the group's lines (line_id, product_id, sku, name, quantity, case_pack). updated_at.

Query parameters:

  • with_earlier (optional, 1/true): also return earlier — draft groups made from the plans this one replaced in the last 14 days that are still open in their network.
