Refresh Network Inventory
POST/api/send-planner/networks/:warehouse/refresh-inventory
Ask the network for a fresh copy of its stock — for Amazon FBA a new FBA inventory report, for Walmart WFS an inventory sync. Use it when a plan failed because a network's stock snapshot was out of date, then recalculate once it finishes. Each plan's policy.networks.{id}.inventory_refreshable says whether a network supports it.
send-plans:writeGrant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.
Authentication: Bearer Personal Access Token with the send-plans:write scope. The token's user also needs permission to edit the send planner.
Returns tracked_job_log_id for the background job (null when nothing was started, for example when Amazon is already preparing a report or the warehouse is not linked to a connection, with a message saying so). Returns 422 for a network whose stock can not be refreshed from the planner.

Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.
