Refresh Orders from Store
POST/api/storefront/instances/:id/orders/refresh-tracked
Start an import run that reads the store's orders and mirrors them into SKU.io. Always asynchronous: the response returns immediately with tracked_job_log_id, the handle you poll for progress and results.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Request body
mode(required) — one of:since_latest— read everything the store changed since the stored watermark, rewound by a small overlap so nothing falls between runs. Falls back to the connection's order import start date when there is no watermark yet, and never reaches back before that date.from_start_date— read everything from the connection's configured order import start date.date_range— read a window you choose.
start_date(required whenmodeisdate_range, otherwise optional/nullable, date) — lower bound, taken from the start of that day.end_date(optional, nullable, date, must be on or afterstart_date) — upper bound, taken to the end of that day.
Every order the run sees is mirrored. SKU sales orders are created only for importable orders, and only when automatic creation is enabled for the connection — a run started here bypasses a paused schedule but never the connection's own sync toggles. Use Bulk Create SKU Orders to force creation regardless.
Requires the integrations.sync permission.
Authentication: Bearer token (session or PAT).

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.
