Map Store Product
POST/api/storefront/instances/:id/products/:id2/map
Map one store product to a SKU.io catalog product.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Body:
product_id— integer, the SKU.io product id. Required unlesssubscription_offering_idis sent; must exist in the SKU.io catalogue.subscription_offering_id— integer. Accepted by validation only so the shared mapping payload can be sent unchanged, and then REJECTED with 422: this channel maps to catalog products only. Silently accepting it would unmap the row while reporting success.
Mapping is idempotent: a row that already points at a SKU.io product is re-pointed in place rather than duplicated.
Mapping also reaches backwards onto already-imported orders carrying this SKU, so orders that arrived before the mapping existed stop showing the line as unlinked — and any order that was held purely because of the missing mapping is released.
Returns 404 when the product belongs to a different connection.
Permission: integrations.update.
Authentication: Bearer token (session or PAT).

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
