List Seller Feedback
GET/api/amazon/seller-feedback
List negative seller feedback (1–3 stars) downloaded from Amazon.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token.
Amazon's seller feedback report contains only 1–3 star ratings. Rows stay after a later download omits them. feedback_date is a calendar date (YYYY-MM-DD) and is not shifted for timezone. last_seen_at is UTC. A rating outside 1–3 is stored as null and explained in parse_warning. counts_toward_order_defect_rate is true for 1 and 2 stars. The buyer email is never returned here.
Pagination defaults to 10 rows, sorted by -feedback_date. Allowed sorts: id, feedback_date, rating.
The same columns also accept operator filters: id and rating (numeric), feedback_date (date), and comments, amazon_order_id, and fulfillment_channel (text). Date operators include is, before, after, between, past_days, and the other date operators. Text operators include is, contains, starts_with, and is_empty. Pass them as filter[<field>][<operator>].
Header counts from Get Seller Feedback Summary are not affected by these filters.

Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
