Record Remeasurements

POST

/api/amazon/unified/reimbursement-cases/remeasurements

Record re-measurement requests and their outcomes — a one-off import of the Seller Central case history, or an agent recording what Amazon answered. Records are keyed by integration + FNSKU + Amazon case ID, so re-sending one updates it. Filing a fee-overcharge case already records its request, and recording Amazon's answer on it (denied → measured_same, paid → credited) sets the outcome.

Required scope: recovery:write

Grant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.

Request body fields:

  • integration_instance_id (required, integer).
  • source (optional, import | agent; default agent).
  • records (required, array, 1–1000), each:
    • fnsku (required, string ≤32; upper-cased)
    • amazon_case_id (nullable, string ≤64)
    • asin, sku (nullable strings)
    • requested_at (required, date)
    • outcome (required): pending | credited | corrected_no_refund | measured_same | refused_monthly_limit | refused_cooldown | refused_no_inventory | no_resolution
    • credited_amount (nullable, number ≥0)
    • notes (nullable, string ≤2000)

Outcomes that use a monthly slot: everything except the three refused_*. Outcomes that count as a measurement for Amazon's two-in-60-days rule: credited, corrected_no_refund, measured_same.

Response data: { "saved": int }.

Scopes: recovery:write. Permission: integrations.update.
