Get Seller Feedback Summary
GET/api/amazon/seller-feedback/summary
Counts for the seller feedback header.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token.
Scoped to the given Amazon accounts, or every account when the parameter is omitted. List filters do not change these counts.
- unanswered: a written comment, no public reply, and feedback_date within the last 90 days (account timezone).
- star_only: no written comment, same 90-day window.
- by_rating: all stored 1, 2, and 3 star rows in scope. Null ratings are excluded. Not limited to 90 days.
- unmatched: rows with no linked sales order.
- last_success: UTC time of the newest row, or of the newest successful download when that is later. A download that contained no rows still sets this. Null when feedback has never downloaded successfully.
- last_error: {message, at} for the newest seller-feedback download failure in scope, or null. A seller-performance failure is not included.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
