List FBA Missing & Reappearing Inventory

GET

/api/amazon/unified/fba-reappearance

Lists FBA inventory that is missing but may come back — units Amazon is researching, has misplaced, or reimbursed but may still find — with a forecast of how many will reappear and when. Informational only: nothing here changes stock or accounting. Returns the standard Laravel paginator.

Filters:

  • filter[integration_instance_ids] — comma-separated Amazon integration IDs.
  • filter[product_id] — one product.
  • filter[min_expected] — only rows expecting at least this many units back.
  • filter[class] — researching, misplaced, reimbursed or removal: rows with units in that class.
  • filter[search] — FNSKU, SKU, or product SKU or name (partial match).

Sorting: sort=<field> ascending or sort=-<field> descending. Allowed: id, expected_units, expected_by_p50, missing_units, removal_in_transit_units, expected_value. Default: -expected_units.

Forecast fields (per Amazon account and FNSKU):

  • researching_units — units Amazon is still researching; misplaced_units — unpaid units from misplaced or lost ledger losses; reimbursed_may_reappear_units — units Amazon paid for that may still turn up.
  • missing_units — the total missing (researching and misplaced describe the same units, so the larger of the two counts, plus the reimbursed ones).
  • expected_units — how many are expected back: each missing unit weighted by how likely a unit missing that long still turns up (older losses count for less); expected_value — their cost in currency, your base currency (null when unknown).
  • expected_by_p50, expected_by_p90 — the dates by which half / nine in ten of the expected units should be back: percentiles of the combined arrival curve of every missing unit, each spread over the find days still ahead of it.
  • removal_in_transit_units, removal_expected_complete_at — return-removal units shipped back to you but not yet received, and when the last should arrive.
  • basis — tenant (the rate and timings come from your own closed losses over the last year) or default (fewer than 30 closed losses, so a fleet default of 75% within 10 / 21 days is used); sample_size — closed losses behind the rate; reappear_rate — 0 to 1.
  • computed_at — when the forecast was last rebuilt.
