POST/api/amazon/seller-feedback/sync
Download seller feedback and the order-defect snapshot for the selected Amazon accounts.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token.
One report is requested per participating marketplace. The call returns immediately with job ids. tracked_job_log_id is the first id, for clients that poll a single job. tracked_job_log_ids lists one id per account. When no Amazon account matches, tracked_job_log_id is null and tracked_job_log_ids is empty.
Body field:
- integration_instance_ids (optional array of integers): Amazon account ids. Omit or send [] to sync every account.
The same ids are accepted as a comma-separated integration_instance_ids or filter[integration_instance_ids] query parameter.
A feedback download that fails leaves existing rows in place and records last_error on the summary. A performance download that fails does not fail the feedback download.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Validation failed — the body is a field → messages map (Laravel shape) or the platform envelope with a stable machine-readable code. Fix the payload and resubmit.
Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
