List Approval Delegations
GET/api/approval-delegations
List current and upcoming approval delegations (not revoked, not yet ended), earliest start first. Users see delegations they gave or received; administrators see everyone's, optionally narrowed with user_id.
purchase-orders:readGrant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token with the purchase-orders scope (read for GET, write for POST/PUT/DELETE).
Response fields: user (who is delegating), delegate (who may approve on their behalf), starts_at, ends_at, is_active (in effect right now), document_types (null = all document types), notes, created_by, revoked_at, created_at.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
