Update Approver Notifications
PUT/api/approval-policies/approver-notifications
Turn approval-alert emails on or off for these approvers. Turning on sets email delivery to instant for Approval Requested, Approval Reminder and Approval Overridden; turning off leaves the chosen frequency. This writes each user's own alert preferences — they can still change it under My notifications.
purchase-orders:writeGrant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token with the purchase-orders scope (read for GET, write for POST/PUT/DELETE).
Requires permission: approval_policies.manage
Body: user_ids (required, 1–500 user ids), email_enabled (required, boolean).
