Download Quote Comment Attachment
GET/api/quotes/:quote/comments/:comment/attachment
Downloads the file a buyer attached to a comment on the quote — with their quote request, a customer portal message or a counter-offer. Use it when the comment's has_attachment is true; the file name is the comment's attachment_name.
orders:readGrant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.
The response is the file itself (Content-Disposition: attachment), not JSON.
Returns 404 when the comment belongs to another quote, has no file, or the file is no longer available.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token. Permission: quotes.show.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
