Resolve Quote Line SKUs
POST/api/quotes/:quote/lines/resolve-skus
Looks up a list of SKUs or barcodes the way Import Quote Lines will match them, without changing the quote — use it to show what an import will add before running it.
orders:writeGrant this scope to your token under Settings → Developer → Personal Access Tokens.
Body
skus(required, array of 1–5000 strings, each max 255) — SKUs or barcodes. Blank and repeated codes are ignored.
Each code is matched against active (unarchived) products by SKU, then by barcode; an exact SKU match wins over a barcode match.
Response
found[]— one entry per matched product:id,sku,name,barcode,type, andinput_sku(the code you sent). A product matched by two codes is listed once.not_found[]— the codes that matched no active product.skipped[]— products that can't be quote lines (a matrix parent, which is only a set of variants):sku,name,type.
Authentication: Requires Bearer token. Permission: quotes.update.

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.
Not found — no record with the given identifier (or the route does not exist). Verify the ID before retrying.

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
