Get Etsy Inventory Summary
GET/api/etsy/instances/:integrationInstance/inventory/summary
Returns inventory sync totals for the instance and whether automatic inventory push is active.
This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.
Response fields: total_items, in_sync, with_variance, needs_recalculation, not_managed, out_of_stock (SKU.io quantity ≤ 0), last_sync_at, push_errors, unsupported_shared_quantity (listings whose variations share one quantity, which cannot be pushed), is_managed (SKU.io is master of stock), has_stock_warehouses (at least one SKU.io warehouse is selected as a stock source — when false and is_managed is true, every SKU.io quantity is 0), push_active, push_inactive_reason.
Authentication: Bearer token (Personal Access Token).

Response Headers
Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.
Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
