Refresh Etsy Orders

POST 
/api/etsy/instances/:integrationInstance/orders/refresh-tracked

Imports new and updated orders from Etsy. Runs in the background. The response returns a tracked_job_log_id you can use to follow progress, cancel, or review the completion summary.

Not yet available to API tokens

This endpoint currently requires session authentication; Personal Access Token scope support is in progress.

Request body:

• mode (string, required) — since_latest (changes since the last sync), from_start_date (everything since the order import start date), or date_range.
• date_from (date, required when mode is date_range, nullable).
• date_to (date, required when mode is date_range, nullable) — Must be on or after date_from.
• date_method (string, optional, nullable) — Which Etsy date the range applies to: created or updated.

Authentication: Bearer token (Personal Access Token).

Unauthenticated — the bearer token is missing, revoked, expired, or malformed. Never retry automatically; fix the credential. See the Errors guide.

Forbidden — the token lacks a required scope, the endpoint is not available to API tokens, or the user behind the token lacks the permission. A human must adjust the token scopes or user permissions; do not retry.

Rate limited — platform limit is 1,000 requests/min; individual tokens may carry lower limits. Honor the Retry-After header before retrying. See the Rate Limits guide.
